Welcome to RadKits. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RadKits platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

RadKits is an AI-powered adaptive reporting platform designed for radiology professionals. The Service provides report templates, AI-assisted report generation, a personal knowledge base, and related workflow tools.

Important: RadKits is a productivity tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All reports generated through RadKits must be reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified medical professional before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADKITS AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RADKITS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
